Where can I leave my belongings?
Baggage deposit will be made available to all runners. Runners are advised to arrive early to deposit their bags to avoid delays. Details of baggage deposit will be released at later date.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items and delays in retrieving belongings. Participants choosing to leave items at the baggage deposit may do so at their own risk.
Is it necessary to wear the Timing Chip?
Yes, as all runners will have their race timed by ChronoTrack timing technology which will require the chip to work.
What happens if I am injured along the Race route?
First Aid stations can be found along the race route as well as at the Start and Finish Line. You may also alert Route Marshals or patrolling Paramedics to your aid.
Will there be a cut-off time for the race?

Will there be hydration stations available?
Yes. Participants can refresh themselves with drinks provided at the hydration stations along the race route.
Will wheelchairs, skates or strollers be allowed on the Race route?
No. Any wheel-run objects are not allowed on the race route. Only official race and medical vehicles are allowed on the race route.
Can my family and friends come support me at the Race?
Yes, supporters are most welcome to cheer you on anywhere along the race route but are to remain on the side lines, off the official race route so as to not obstruct the participants.
How do I get to the Race Site?

Will there be road closures?
Yes, there will be road closures. Information will be provided in the Race Guide which will be released at nearing the event.
Will there be parking facilities at the start and/or finish lines?

What happens if the race is called off because of bad weather?
In view of the safety and well-being of the runners, the Organiser may decide to call off the race due to bad weather before commencement or during the race.
Runners who are on route will be diverted by route marshals to nearby shelter areas.
Will the runners be refunded their money if the race is called off due to bad weather or any other reasons?
If the race has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of any fees paid and the organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the participants prior to the date of the event.

Will there be any race official to keep track of my laps?
No. Participants are required to count your own laps.
Will there be bike technical support?
Yes, on-site bike technical support will be available.
Any restriction on types of bikes allowed? If so, what types of bicycles are allowed?
Motorised vehicles, motorbikes, unicycles, tandem bicycles and fixed wheels with no brakes are not allowed in the event. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations.
Will I be able to participate if I do not have a bike?
No, all participants are required to bring their own bike on race day.
Will I be able to participate if I do not have my bike helmet?
No, all participants are required to bring your bike helmet on race day. You will not be allow entry to the bike course without a helmet.
Who can enter into the transition area?
The transition area is only open to participants wearing the event official wrist band.
What if I do not dismount before entering bike transition?
You will face a time penalty or disqualification.
When do I check-in my bike before the race?
The transition area opens 2 hours before race start.
Am I allowed to cycle in the transition area?
No, all participants are required to push their bike in the transition area.
Is there any bike mechanic on site?
Yes, simple head over to our official bike tech – T3 and they will be able to assist you.
Are there any restrictions for the bikes? Can I use my mountain bike?
No restrictions for the Bikes. Do ensure you bike is in good condition before you embark for the race.
